Grape variety: Grecanico 100%

Straw yellow colour. Fragrance of wisteria and golden apple with a gentle nuance of citrus fruits. Sapid and involving taste well balanced with a pleasant floral persistence.


  • Sauvignon Blanc Grand Hacienda, Santa Rita, Chile 2011 (13.5%)                             
This vineyard was founded in 1880 and today is Chile’s second largest. Bright yellow colour, intense bouquet with fragrance of fig and elder flower.


  • Gaio Bianco, Vignali Roccamora, Sicily, 2011 (12%)         
Grape Variety: Inzolia and Catarratto

Straw – yellow light colour. Pleasant flavour of peach with mineral nuances. Fresh sapid and persistent taste


  • Riesling,Vin d’ Alsace ,single vineyard, 2009, W. Gisselbrecht, France (12%)        
Grape Variety: 100% Riesling

Pale yellow in colour, with bright green tinges that emphasize its characteristic freshness. The bouquet is elegant and racy, with delicate fruity aromas (lemon, citronella, grapefruit, peach, pear, stewed fruits…) and flowers (white flowers, lime blossom, white nettle…).This dry wine displays great vertical structure.


  • Frascati Superiore,Tulsuscum, Italy, 2010, (12.5%)        
Grape variety: Malvasia di Lazio

One of Italy’s most popular wines. Light in body and pale gold in colour, the wine has a fine bouquet and delicate aroma. Crisp on the palate with a pleasant after-taste. Blends beautifully with enormous variety of foods.


  • Quercus Pinot Bianco, Slovenia, Goriska Brda, 2010(13.5%)                                    
Grape variety: 100% Pinot Bianco

On the nose there are notes of apple, grapefruit and lemon, as well as a pleasant vanilla and caramel aroma. Smooth and full-bodied on the palate, with a long finish.


  • Trebbiano D’Abruzzo, DOC,Poggio ai Santi, Italy, 2011 (12.5%)                             
Grape variety: Trebbiano and Chardonnay

Light green in colour with a fragrance of flowers and a taste of green apples.


  • Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie, Famiglia Cielo, Italy, 2011 (12%)           
Light golden straw in color, this wine has dominant citrus aromas with distinct spicy, almost smoky notes. Light- to  medium-bodied on the palate, hint of spicy sweetness. The finish is of moderate length.


  • Grillo/Sauvignon Blanc, 2011, Sicily (13%)                                                                  
Grape variety: 70% Grillo;30% Sauvignon Blanc

This blend of Sicilian Sauvignon Blanc with the island’s traditional Grillo grape gives a fresh wine with notes of citrus and tropical fruit and a round, harmonious palate.

Grape variety: 100% Cortese

Aromatic, zesty, sherbety nose with apple and pears, lime and passion fruit, and a hint of minerality. Juicy, weighty    fruit with a zippy, citric acid mouthwatering feel creating a refreshing, satisfying finish.

  • Chardonnay Bramito Del Cervo, 2010. Italy, Umbria (12.5%)                                   
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay

98/100 in Parker’s rate. The baby brother of the iconic Cervaro della Sala is an exceptional wine in its own right,    with a richly structured palate and aromas of apples, vanilla and toast.


  • Chablis  Emile Durand, Grand Vin de Bourgogne,  France, 2010(12%)               
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay

Pale yellow with green hints. Typical steely mineral aromas and a hint of butter. Perfect with fish.

A classic, textbook chablis with a mineral, flinty and citrus character on the nose and a lively, fresh, invigorating taste on the palate. Crisp and pale with excellent concentration and balance.

Classic  mineral nose and a fine, balanced palate with excellent structure.

A pure yet lively aroma, with mineral and lime leaf notes, leads to an immediately charming palate that is both          delicate and persistent, with great balance between body, freshness and exotic fruit flavours
